I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna Insurance. I am also a provider for Aetna EAP, Cigna EAP and UTEAP. In addition, there are some private pay discounts available to clients.
Payment
Cash, checks, credit cards or HCA cards are accepted as payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $30 for the missed appointment.
