Thanks for visiting my website! Here is information here about my private practice that I hope will enable you to make a decision about finding the best counselor for your needs. I have been a licensed professional counselor since 1994 and have my private practice in Northwest Harris County. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples and families who have a variety of issues, some may have come from the past that have not been healed, while others may be current life challenges that may be keeping them from their full potential. In my practice, I provide counseling to children, adults and families using telehealth.  I have training in a number of therapeutic techniques and often utilize solution focused therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic or client centered approaches. In addition, my professional experience has included working in a number of counseling settings for children, adolescents and adults. Further, I worked in a school setting for over a dozen years providing counseling and crisis intervention. In my private practice, I use my experience and training to emphasize an individual's strengths and resources, as we work together in achieving my client's goals.
